Elements of Dance · DJ & Equipment Hire

1. Definitions

  1. 1.1'Buyer' means the individual requesting the services.
  2. 1.2'Seller' means Elements of Dance.
  3. 1.3'Goods' means the services and equipment requested by the Buyer.
  4. 1.4'Agreement' means the booking and these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

  1. 2.1Full Equipment & DJ Package – Bass Bins, Lighting, Smoke Machine.
  2. 2.2Party Starter Package – Lighting, Speakers.
  3. 2.3Speaker & Spotify Package – Speaker Setup (Buyer brings own streaming device).
  4. 2.4Gazebo Hire – Gazebos and associated equipment.
  5. 2.5Bubble Dome Hire.
  6. 2.6Soft Play Hire – Soft play area and associated equipment.

3. Price and Payment

  1. 3.1The price will be confirmed and agreed at the time of booking.
  2. 3.2A €50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
  3. 3.3The remaining balance is due on the day the goods are provided.
  4. 3.4The Buyer is responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the equipment, goods or property during the hire period and agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement.

4. Liability

  1. 4.1The Seller has the right to protect all equipment.
  2. 4.2Any damage to equipment during the hire period shall be reimbursed by the Buyer.

5. Gazebo Hire – Care, Use and Damage

  1. 5.1The Buyer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the gazebo for the entire hire period.
  2. 5.2The gazebo must be used safely, correctly and only for its intended purpose.
  3. 5.3The Buyer must ensure the gazebo is properly secured and used in a suitable area.
  4. 5.4The gazebo must not be used in strong winds, heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions.
  5. 5.5The Buyer must not move, dismantle, alter or interfere with the gazebo.
  6. 5.6The Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to the gazebo caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow instructions, and will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
  7. 5.7The Buyer must notify Elements of Dance if the gazebo becomes damaged or unsafe.

6. Bubble Dome Hire – Safety and Use

  1. 6.1The Bubble Dome is for soft play use only.
  2. 6.2Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
  3. 6.3No shoes, food or drinks are allowed inside.
  4. 6.4No fighting, rough play, climbing or hanging.
  5. 6.5The Buyer must stop use if it becomes unsafe.
  6. 6.6Do not move, alter or tamper with the Bubble Dome.
  7. 6.7The Buyer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or not following the safety rules.
  8. 6.8In strong winds, heavy rain or unsafe weather, we may delay, relocate or cancel use for safety.
  9. 6.9The area around the Bubble Dome must be clear, safe and suitable.
  10. 6.10By booking the Bubble Dome, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

7. Soft Play Area & Equipment – Safety, Use and Damage

  1. 7.1The soft play area and all equipment are for children's use only.
  2. 7.2Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
  3. 7.3No shoes, food or drinks are allowed on the soft play equipment.
  4. 7.4No climbing on walls, outside of the equipment or rough play.
  5. 7.5The Buyer must ensure the area is clear, safe, flat and suitable for use.
  6. 7.6All equipment must be used safely and only for its intended purpose.
  7. 7.7Do not move, alter or tamper with the soft play equipment.
  8. 7.8The Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to soft play equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow these terms, and will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
  9. 7.9If any equipment becomes damaged or unsafe, the Buyer must stop use immediately and notify Elements of Dance.
  10. 7.10By booking the soft play area, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
