Party Planning Checklist

Plan your party without the stress. Tick off each step as you go.

Six Weeks Before

  • Set your date, venue and guest numbers
  • Decide on your budget

  • Book your suppliers early, especially for weekends

Two to Four Weeks Before

  • Confirm your bookings and delivery address
  • Check the space: power points, indoor or outdoor, and room for setup
  • Plan the running order (arrival, food, music, photos, goodbye)
  • Send invitations and collect RSVPs

The Week Before

  • Confirm delivery and setup times with each supplier
  • Check the weather for outdoor parties
  • Share the schedule and any access details with your venue
  • Charge speakers and cameras, and prepare any playlists or song requests

On the Day

  • Make sure someone is on hand to let suppliers in
  • Leave the setup area clear and safe for guests
  • Enjoy the party and take plenty of photos
