1. What services do Elements of Dance offer?

We provide a range of event entertainment, equipment hire and party services, including DJs, lighting, speaker packages, Spotify packages, Giant bubble Dome, Soft Play, Custom A1 & A2 Posters, Gazebos & event extras. We also offer additional services designed to help create a complete party experience.

2. What areas do you cover?

We currently cover Dublin, Wicklow, Meath, Kildare, Louth and Carlow. If you're outside these areas, contact us and we'll see what we can arrange.

3. How do I make a booking?

Simply complete our booking form with your event details. Once we receive your information, we'll contact you if we need anything else and confirm the next steps.

4. Is a deposit required?

Yes. We require a €50 deposit to secure your booking on our services.

5. Can I customise my event package?

Absolutely. We can tailor your package around your event, venue, guests and budget. Contact us with what you're looking for and we'll help build the right package.

6. Do you provide DJs?

Yes. Our DJ services can cater for everything from birthdays and private parties to weddings, communions, christenings and corporate events. Playlists can also be customised to suit your event.

7. What is included in the DJ + Full Package?

Our current DJ + Full Package includes 4 hours of DJ service, bass bins and tops, full lighting and a smoke machine. Additional hours are available.

8. Do you offer a package without a DJ?

Yes. Our Speaker + Spotify Package provides a professional speaker setup, a Spotify playlist using your own device, plus professional setup and takedown.

9. Can you provide gazebos?

Yes. We offer waterproof industrial pop-up gazebos suitable for garden parties and events. Available sizes currently include 3m × 4.5m and 1.5m × 1.5m.

10. Can I add extras to my gazebo hire?

Yes. Depending on your event, you can add options such as DJ services, Bluetooth speakers, DJ lighting, glow parties and fog machines.

11. How much notice do I need to book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, weddings and busy seasonal dates. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.

12. Can I hire equipment for a children's party?

Yes. We offer event services suitable for children's parties, birthdays, family celebrations and other special occasions. Contact us with your requirements and we'll recommend suitable options.

13. Do you set everything up?

Yes. Where setup is included in your chosen package, our team will deliver, set up and take down the equipment as agreed.

14. Can I add extra hours?

Yes. Additional hours are available on selected packages. For example, our DJ packages currently offer additional hours at €50 per hour.

15. What music can you play?

We can tailor music to your event, with styles including 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, dance, R&B, rock, pop and country.

16. Do you cater for weddings?

Yes. We provide entertainment and event services for weddings and a wide range of celebrations. We can work with you to create a package that suits your day.

17. Do you cater for corporate events?

Yes. Our services can be tailored for corporate events, private parties, celebrations and larger functions.

18. Can I request a specific playlist?

Absolutely. We can create a custom playlist around your preferred music, atmosphere and audience.

19. What happens if I need to cancel?

Our cancellation and booking conditions apply to all bookings. Please review our Booking Terms & Conditions before securing your date.

20. How do I get a quote?

The easiest way is to contact us with your event date, location, type of event, number of guests and the service you're interested in. We'll then recommend the best option for you.
